These are not like-for-like services. A software add-on does not necessarily include workflow design, data cleanup, supervised implementation or managed support.
Request a written price for your call distribution, not simply your average month. Include a normal month, a seasonal peak and an unusually busy week. Do not assume that an allowance described as telephone minutes includes every charge generated by the proposed system.
