What this site stores
Enquiries, research-update requests, working-sheet requests and introduction requests are saved in a private database. We record the fields you submit, your separate marketing choice, a submission reference, server timestamps, form type, page and relevant research or tool context, and campaign parameters in the page URL.
Local working materials
Tool inputs, saved reports, reading and shortlists can remain in this browser. Use the Saved desk to export or delete local working materials. Lead forms do not save your contact details in browser storage. Avoid customer records, credentials and sensitive documents.
Email and supplier sharing
Saving and email delivery are tracked separately. The receipt tells you whether an email was accepted, delivered, failed or not configured. Research updates require a verified email address. Introduction requests are reviewed by the desk; submitting never automatically shares information with a supplier.
Access and requests
Only explicitly authorised team members may access submitted information. Use the contact form to request a correction or deletion and quote your submission reference. Hosting services process ordinary access logs. Business contact details and the final retention schedule are still to be supplied.
