Comparisons

What should the buyer do next?

Issue a one-workflow comparison brief before requesting a transformation proposal. Include:

  • The problem and its baseline.
  • Existing applications and subscription tiers.
  • Permitted and prohibited actions.
  • Expected volumes and seasonal variation.
  • Required human coverage.
  • Acceptance scenarios.
  • A complete cost schedule.
  • Data, account and exit requirements.
  • The person accountable for operational outcomes.

Ask each supplier to explain why its route beats native configuration, human support and a narrower process improvement.

The strongest agency proposition is not access to an AI model. It is a demonstrably better workflow, with someone accountable for integration, exceptions, support and handover. Where those advantages cannot be evidenced, configure, simplify or wait is a legitimate buying decision.
