We prioritised material that identifies a recognisable contractor workflow, names its speakers, and provides enough published information to support a useful summary. Recent material received preference; the July 2025 process-mapping episode remains because its subject is more durable than a product demonstration.
Evidence boundary: this is source-led curation, not a claim that every recording was watched or heard end-to-end. Summaries use publisher descriptions, programme notes and available transcripts. Each entry states its evidence basis. A recording’s existence does not establish a supplier’s reliability, UK availability or commercial results.
The screening also considered real administrative responsibilities. For example, a UK HVAC service-administration vacancy dated 12 October 2026 describes engineer reports, incomplete documentation, record accuracy and paperwork needed for invoicing. That supports our attention to back-office workflows, but one vacancy is not evidence of market-wide demand. Recruitment source
