Commusoft, simPRO and Joblogic: what to verify before AI integration.

Compare evidence for your workflow, account tier and permission model.

Start with your existing account

Record the product, tier, add-ons and contract owner. Vendor integration pages and developer documentation are discovery sources; they do not confirm that a specific workflow is included in your agreement or has been implemented by the proposed supplier.

Ask for a bounded demonstration

Choose one operation: create an enquiry, attach a note or request an appointment. Ask for the exact data fields, authentication method, error handling and approval boundary. A general statement that a product integrates is too broad to support a purchase.

Allocate responsibility

Name the office rule owner and technical support owner. Document monitoring, account access, updates and rollback. Compare a native feature first, then connector and bespoke alternatives against the same requirement; keep unresolved claims out of scoring.

Take this back to the office

01Verify tier and scope in writing.

02Test the exact transaction.

03Confirm monitoring and support ownership.

Evidence & limits

Authored buying guidance, not a measured performance study. Examples are illustrative. No supplier outcome or account-specific integration is verified by this article.

Primary references checked 27 October 2026. Account scope, commercial terms and current permissions still need confirmation.
